The VIP Experience

For the discerning guest, sample English Heritage concerts at their finest with our individually created VIP picnic packages in the intimate surroundings of the private hospitality marquee enclosure.

Be greeted with a welcome glass of champagne before being escorted to a special area with fresh flowers and linen in the VIP marquee to enjoy the delicious food and fine wine on offer. Discreet waiting staff will assist with personal requests and also provide guests with complimentary picnic rugs and souvenir programmes.

Beautifully presented tables seating 10 people,
with fresh linens and floral decorations
Waiter Service
One complimentary picnic rug per guest
One complimentary souvenir programme per two guests

VIP Hospitality package costings:

£150.00 plus VAT per person
for a minimum number of twenty guests
or
£125.00 plus VAT per person
for a booking of more than thirty guests.
