Programme

but please note that artists may change at short
notice due to illness or unavoidable circumstances.
All concerts are subject to licence. |
On
Site Box Office
Any remaining tickets will be available at the concert
box office from 2pm on the day of the performance. |
Concessions
Special reduced prices are available for all Concerts
to Senior Citizens, Students, UB 40 Holders, under
16s, English Heritage members and Waitrose
& John Lewis account card customers. Proof of
eligibility will be required on production or purchase
of tickets. |
Refreshments
Waitrose will be at each venue selling a selection
of hot and cold food and drink at in-store prices.
Please note barbecues are not permitted for safety
reasons. |
Admission
Times
The concert auditorium will normally be open two
hours before the advertised start-time. Please come
early and picnic beforehand. |

Chairs
Personal chairs are welcome everywhere except Kenwood
where we provide reserved numbered deck-chairs. |
The
Weather
Occasionally, inclement weather can disrupt an open-air
event. Any decision to cancel a concert will be
taken only at the advertised start-time. No refund
will be made if a concert starts but is later abandoned. |
Disabled
Visitors
Disabled visitors are very welcome at all concerts.
We provide preferential parking, seating areas,
toilet facilities and our stewards will be pleased
to give you special help on the night. The seating
area has limited space so please arrive early. Guide
dogs are welcome, but please take care on firework
evenings. |
