Access at the venues
We take the needs of disabled customers very seriously and actively encourage people of all abilities to attend the concerts. We are pleased to offer a complimentary carer ticket for all customers who are either registered disabled or registered blind. Please contact the Ticketmaster Special Access line on 0844 847 1655.
We provide preferential parking, seating areas and toilet facilities at both venues and our stewards are always happy to help on the night. For parking facilities, please follow the signage on your approach to the concert venue.
Blue Badge / Accessible parking - Kenwood
There is an extremely limited amount of parking available at Kenwood in the West Lodge car park. It is available to blue badge holders and is allocated on a first-come first-served basis. It is advised that you arrive as close to 5:30pm as possible in order to secure your space. We provide a shuttle service between the car-park and the concert arena. Please note that there is no on-site parking facility for the general public.
Blue Badge / Accessible parking - Audley End
There is a golf buggy service that runs at Audley End between the car parks and the concert arena: please enquire about this on arrival and please note that on busy concert nights there may be a substantial wait for this service.
