On arrival from 5.30pm, guests can enjoy a champagne
reception in their Private Picnic Enclosure in the
concert arena. Guests will then enjoy their picnic
in their furnished marquee prior to taking their seats
for the performance at 7.30pm (8pm on 2nd August) at
Kenwood.
At Marble Hill and Audley Eng guests will
enjoy their picnic in a furnished marquee prior to
the performance starting at 7.30pm and can either
enjoy the performance from their seats in the marquee,
or
can move to sit promenade style for the duration
of the performance. The minimum number of guests per
booking
is 10, for all venues. |
