On arrival from 5.30pm, guests can enjoy a champagne
reception in their Hospitality Enclosure in the concert
arena. Guests will then enjoy their buffet in their
furnished marquee prior to taking their seats for the
performance at 7.30pm (8pm on 2nd August) at Kenwood.
At Marble Hill and Audley End guests will enjoy their
picnic in their furnished marquee prior to the performance
starting at 7.30pm and can either enjoy the performance
from their seats in the marquee, or can move to sit
promenade style for the duration of the performance.
The minimum number of guests per booking is 30, for
all venues. |
